Greywhale Capital was founded in 2019 to build a national multifamily investment platform specializing in value-add properties. Greywhale acquires multifamily communities and executes renovation programs to elevate the resident experience and improve value for investors.

Alex Moore
Founder, Managing Partner
Alex started by buying small multifamily in the Midwest, stabilizing and refinancing to buy the next asset. She grew to commercial assets and acquired industrial and retail. As she scaled, she began taking on investor capital and Greywhale Capital was formed with the vision of creating quality living spaces for residents with a longterm focus on investing.
Graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, avid skier, barre enthusiast, lives in San Francisco with her husband and son.

Aleric Mondano
Financial Analyst
Aleric is a certified accountant with an extensive background in underwriting large commercial assets in Australia. He is our financial analyst who underwrites all potential deals in Greywhale’s pipeline. He has a keen attention to detail, particularly in reviewing T12 and rent roll to identify discrepancies. He catches variations that allow us to have a competitive edge on our proforma projections.
